## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
 * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.
 * Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and delivery practices.
 * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams toward better outcomes.
 * Proven ability to identify impediments and help drive resolution.
 * Experience with Agile project management and release management practices.
 * Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
 * Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.

Preferred Skills

 * CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
 * Experience in commercial banking, treasury management, payments, ACH, Positive Pay, or related financial services areas.
 * Background working in a regulated environment.
 * Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business stakeholders.

## Description

* Coach and support multiple Scrum teams in Agile and Scrum practices.
 * Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Help teams stay focused, collaborative, and aligned to sprint goals and business priorities.
 * Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and support delivery planning.
 * Identify, escalate, and remove barriers that may impact team progress.
 * Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of Agile best practices.
 * Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support communication across business, product, technology, and operations partners.
 * Contribute to release readiness, planning, and delivery transparency.
