As part of our Worldwide Specialist Organization, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for AWS's Search and AI services - including Amazon OpenSearch Service and related AI-powered search capabilities - helping customers unlock the value of their data through vector search, semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and generative AI applications. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into business solutions that drive customer value across geographies and verticals. Key job responsibilities Lead GTM strategy and sales motions for AWS Search and AI services, orchestrating across sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption. Leverage deep domain expertise in search technologies and AI/ML to create best-in-class field enablement and sales programs. Support field teams in solution building for high-priority customers implementing intelligent search, RAG architectures, and AI-driven analytics.
