We are looking for a proven execution leader who has firsthand experience guiding engineering teams through AI adoption, AI-enabled delivery practices, and AI-PDLC transformations in real-world environments. The successful candidate will work directly with Scrum teams, Engineering Managers, Architects, Product Owners, and Technology leaders to identify implementation challenges, establish practical AI-enabled workflows, define measurable outcomes, and drive adoption across the software delivery lifecycle.
