We're looking for candidates who bring curiosity, initiative, and a desire to make a meaningful impact. * BA/BS required; Master's or PhD strongly preferred in Economics, Applied Economics, Public Policy, or a closely related field * 5-10+ years of experience conducting economic economic analysis, policy evaluation, and performance measurement for federal agencies or other large organizations * Strong quantitative and analytical skills, using tools such as advanced Excel, R, Python, STATA, or SAS to perform economic analysis and data modeling * Experience tracking metrics by providing continuous monitoring and analysis of performance and economic data * Proven experience delivering public-facing analytical products to produce clear summary reporting for nontechnical audiences using analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent * Ability to document methodologies, assumptions, and limitations and communicate clearly to stakeholders * Familiarity with federal reporting requirements, performance measurement frameworks, and performance evaluation best practices * Experience supporting or working directly with the U.S. Department of State or other international organization (preferred) * Experience in consulting, professional services, or federal government contracting * Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to synthesize complex information * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy ## Description We are seeking driven, thoughtful candidates with experience in impact/performance assessments and data visualization to support impactful initiatives for our Federal clients at the U.S. Department of State (DOS). As a Data Scientist/Analyst with Censeo, you will support economic and performance analysis and reporting for a key Department of State program.
