Strong industry background in retail, footwear, or apparel 3. Experience with PLM platforms; FlexPLM strongly preferred 4. Hands-on experience with integrations, data migration, customization, and troubleshooting 5. Demonstrated ability to advise executive stakeholders on complex technology decisions 6. Excellent communication skills across both technical and executive audiences ## Description The Technical Architect Team Lead is a senior, hands-on role that combines deep technical execution with strategic oversight. You will own the architecture and implementation of complex customer solutions while providing mentorship and direction across the Professional Services team.
