## Description

Seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support for Windows-based environments. This role will troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues while delivering excellent customer service to end users., * Support Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
 * Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
 * Install, configure, and deploy end-user devices.
 * Document and track incidents through a ticketing system.
 * Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and equipment inventory.
