 * At least 2 years of AI experience in Claude and Cursor; Devin is a nice to have.
 * Linux working experience.
 * Financial services or regulated environment experience.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.

Education Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

## Description

Our client seeks a mid-to-senior level Python Developer to support enterprise data center migration initiatives with a focus on monitoring tools and AI-driven automation. The role involves building high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing observability and reliability across systems in a regulated financial environment., * Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Python and/or Java.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust solutions.
 * Utilize monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk Observability, and Elastic to ensure performance and reliability.
 * Apply knowledge of OTEL SPLOC.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions.
 * Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
 * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI and machine learning.
 * Contribute to the design and development of AI-driven features and enhancements.
