 * Dashboard design & Storytelling: Layout Structure, Visual Selection, Information Hierarch, Contextual Copywriting
 * Strategic & Business Acumen: Measurement Planning, Problem-First mindset, Target Audience Focus
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel: Standard formulas, data cleaning work, dynamic pivot tables, and mock-up reporting for early dashboard drafts.
 * Dashboard Design & Storytelling
