## About the Role

* BA or BS degree in Engineering or related discipline such as Aerospace Engineering, System Engineering with 5-10 years system reliability engineering experience. \n
 * Proficiency in system reliability analysis methods incl. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) applied to aerospace vehicles. \n
 * Experience and familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), fishbone analysis, and hazard analysis \n
 * Experience with launch vehicle and spacecraft design, development or operations with emphasis on reliability. \n
 * Candidates should have the ability to interpret and analyze specifications and data. \n
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and at all levels within the company. \n
 * Self-motivated and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.\n, * Familiarity with NASA standards and processes. \n
 * Experience working with human spaceflight systems and programs. \n
 * Experience working with complex electrical and avionics systems.\n
