Security Requirement: * Ability to obtain Public Trust Desired Skills and Competencies : * PMP, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent process/leadership certification. * AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) or equivalent cloud certification. * Experience supporting a civilian financial regulatory or capital-access/loan-servicing IT environment. * Familiarity with enterprise monitoring/observability platforms (Splunk, SolarWinds, Grafana, or Datadog). * Experience managing business disaster continuity and recovery (BDCR) programs for financial systems. ## Description Koniag IT Solutions (KITS) is seeking an Infrastructure & Platform Operations Lead with a minimum of 10 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity, to oversee day-to-day operations of a hybrid, multi-cloud enterprise environment supporting a large federal civilian agency. The ideal candidate serves as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure operations, coordinating platform reliability, security compliance, and change management across the program.
