This role combines people leadership, technical direction, and delivery oversight to build secure, reliable software solutions that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will guide engineering practices, collaborate across business and technical teams, and help shape a scalable roadmap for digital platforms in a regulated environment., Direct and support a team of software engineers by providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for technical growth. Oversee software delivery from initial planning and requirements definition through release, maintenance, and ongoing improvements. Guide the architecture, design, and implementation of applications built with Microsoft technologies, modern JavaScript frameworks, and relational database platforms. Work closely with business partners, security teams, compliance stakeholders, operations staff, and analysts to deliver solutions aligned with user needs and regulatory expectations.
