* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited school with a strong demonstration of the skills listed below plus 8-12 years of experience in software development project management. A working knowledge of C++ is required, but this position does not require direct code development.\n
 * Good communication skills for working in a highly collaborative lab environment and interfacing with\n

Must have excellent teamwork skills and possess and show good fundamentals in the following:\n

 * Jira agile boards, backlogs, and reports\n
 * Agile practices like scrum, iterations, and schedules based on team velocity\n
 * GitLab CI/CD Pipelines\n
 * Familiarity with Modern C++ development\n
 * Familiarity with Unit Test development\n, Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess and maintain a Final Secret Clearance.\n
