Powered by JazzHR ## Description The successful candidate will assist in planning and coordinating all activities related to software requirements gathering, design, development and implementation of Sciaky Electron Beam Welding and Additive Manufacturing control and software systems. The developer will also be responsible for maintaining, supporting and upgrading existing systems and applications. The candidate will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills and knowledge of best practices to work with the Sciaky team on issues related to the design, development and deployment of the software systems used throughout Sciaky's product offerings. The candidate must be able to clearly communicate both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. Strong interpersonal skills are required due to continual interaction with customers and users with varying technical backgrounds in a fast-paced work environment. Work Environment Responsibilities associated with this position are typically performed in an office setting or designated administrative area and requires occasional visits to additional company facilities. Movement through industrial or manufacturing areas is required along with the use of appropriate personal protective wear and consistent observance of established safety policies at all times.
