Preferred Skills * Experience with AppDynamics and/or Neustar. * Experience with cloud-based monitoring and observability tools. * Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies. * Experience with VersionOne, ALM, or similar lifecycle management platforms. * Experience creating and maintaining architecture and data-flow diagrams. * Experience developing system and network specifications. * Familiarity with NCRB documentation/artifacts. * Experience identifying and implementing operational automation opportunities. * Experience developing recommendations for infrastructure or operational cost optimization. ## Description Seeking for an Application Support Engineer to support and maintain multiple enterprise application environments.
