## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field

 + Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with previous people leadership experience

 + Demonstrated success leading teams, managing multiple complex projects, and solving challenging technical problems

 + Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment engineering practices, and operational excellence methodologies

 + Excellent communication, organizational, data analysis, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

 + Experience leading large engineering organizations in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments

 + Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and supplier organizations

 + Strong experience coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent development

 + Experience using AI-enabled tools, machine learning, automation platforms, or advanced data analytics to improve engineering decisions and productivity

 + Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives

## Description

+ Lead and develop a team of equipment engineers to achieve manufacturing, quality, output, and cost objectives

 + Define team strategy, establish performance goals, and allocate resources to support business priorities

 + Drive equipment optimization initiatives to enhance yield, throughput, and operational efficiency

 + Partner with global manufacturing and engineering teams to implement best-known methods and support equipment installation, modification, and relocation projects

 + Communicate technical and business updates to leadership, team members, and large multi-functional audiences
