This role oversees end-to-end integration of hardware systems and subsystems across MR platforms to deliver New Product Introduction (NPI) and Installed Base (IB) programs successfully. The position leads the Hardware Program Integration team and is accountable for portfolio quality, cost, schedule, and risk. Responsibilities include defining integration strategies and standard work, driving operational excellence, and integrating hardware subsystems into complex medical imaging systems. The role also leads the Advanced Test Equipment (ATE) development team, ensuring manufacturing test solutions are developed, validated, and deployed in line with product milestones and are ready for launch and commercialization.
