Our ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with cloud engineering and DevOps expertise, supported by experience designing, automating, and delivering solutions across AWS and Azure. This leader will provide clear direction and accountability for day-to-day operations, Agile execution, and project activities, while applying their technical understanding to guide architecture, engineering decisions, and complex customer solutions. They will foster a culture of collaboration, automation, continuous improvement, and innovation; empower team members to grow and succeed; and work closely with customers to understand their demands and guide their cloud adoption and modernization journeys. The successful candidate will balance standardization with flexibility, driving reusable cloud services while enabling tailored solutions when customer requirements demand them.
