We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Field teams on commercial re-roof and maintenance projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organization, and wants to build a career in the roofing and construction industry., * 2+ years of experience in construction or roofing coordination (preferred)

 * Strong organizational and communication skills
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in Procore or similar project software a plus
 * A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
 * Desire to grow within a stable, reputable roofing contractor

## Description

* Support with scheduling, material procurement, and documentation for re-roof and maintenance projects
 * Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth communication and efficient project flow
 * Prepare and manage submittals, change orders, job logs, and closeout packages
 * Track work orders, service requests, and warranty follow-ups
 * Assist with estimating, proposal generation, and maintenance contract renewals as needed
 * Maintain project records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
