Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams, you will build customer-facing solutions while ensuring alignment with shared capabilities. You will also help identify and implement AI-enabled opportunities that enhance customer engagement and business value. You will join our Digital Customer Journey team at our headquarters situated in GoCo, Mölndal/Gothenburg. In this role, you will help shape and deliver seamless digital experiences across the customer journey, working at the intersection of business, technology, and user needs. You will be part of a collaborative product team where developers, UX designers, Digital Product Owner, Tech Lead, and business stakeholders work together to create digital solutions that deliver measurable value to customers and the organisation .
