## About the Role

The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications, and demonstrated experience:

Data Science #1

 * Demonstrated experience with proficiency in Python.
 * Demonstrated experience with data analytics and transformations.
 * Demonstrated experience with complex graph database queries.
 * Demonstrated experience in cloud compute environments.
 * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical personnel as well as all levels of management and staff.

Highly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience:
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

Data Science #1

 * Demonstrated experience with proficiency in SQL
 * Demonstrated experience with Cypher
 * Demonstrated experience with Amazon Web Service (AWS), (Lambda)
 * Demonstrated experience with Docker, * The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.

## Description

The Sponsor requires subject matter expertise to develop a tool to enhance their signature management capabilities and to integrate the Sponsor's diverse data holdings and to leverage novel AI/ML solutions to support the Sponsor's operational requirements.
