## Description

* Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom

 * Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
 * Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications

Develop & Support Your Team

 * Recruit, mentor, and coach new representatives
 * Lead virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training calls
 * Set performance goals and monitor team progress
 * Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
 * Support professional development through ongoing mentorship
