This requires proficientplanreading, CADexperience, and some engineering analysis, specifically with earth moving. Duties/Responsibilities * Analyze information from contract drawings, specifications, and field surveys. * Create reports, maps, applications, and visualizations conveying the results of spatial analyses. * Utilize various CAD platforms including but not limited to AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, Trimble BusinessCenterand MicroStation. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of 3D models to support efficient and effective construction operations. Duties/Responsibilities Cont. * Identifyconflicts andresolvesambiguity in the engineer/owner's design. * Work with Project Engineers and Project Managersrelated to troubleshooting andgenerate plans addressing inconsistencies. * Manage and transfer files to projects using several software platforms includingbut not limited toTrimble Works Manager, Trimble Stratus and Topcon MobiControl., Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
