As the GRS IT Operations Manager, the successful candidate will manage and lead a team of IT professionals for numerous classified systems which includes infrastructure and application deployments, new technology insertion, program, project and budget management, schedule and staffing requirements. The candidate will also coordinate with program management and technical leads to coordinate program operations, new environment stand-up and integration of various classified services. This scope also includes leading a team that supports the Space Enterprise network STARWAN, which is LM's largest classified network. This candidate will also be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
