This role is hands-on from day one - pulling and terminating cable, installing infrastructure, and racking and stacking equipment. You'll work alongside experienced technicians on active installs, gaining real-world exposure to enterprise data center builds while helping deliver clean, reliable infrastructure. Responsibilities * Pull, route, dress, and terminate structured cabling (copper and fiber) throughout the data center * Install physical infrastructure, including racks, cable trays, ladder rack, conduit, and cage/pod build-outs * Rack and stack servers, switches, storage, and other hardware according to install plans and documentation * Label and organize cabling and equipment to meet facility standards * Read and work from install diagrams, cabling schedules, and work orders * Move, position, and mount heavy equipment safely using proper lifting and rigging techniques * Perform basic testing and verification of installed cable runs (continuity, certification as trained) * Follow all safety protocols and facility security procedures during install work * Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris throughout installs * Assist senior technicians and project leads on larger build-outs and infrastructure upgrades * Accurately document completed work, including as-built updates and install checklists, Are you an experienced technician looking to level up your career in a dynamic, high-performance environment?
