This is a critical role requiring complete ownership of complex technical processes - from initial pre-sales through full customer onboarding. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced startup environment., * 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles. * 2+ years in fintech or payments - a strong bonus. * Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution. Technical Skills * Proven, hands-on experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical-thinking approach to client challenges. * Ability to define and scope technical tasks for engineering teams and manage them through delivery. * Strong project management capabilities - able to plan, coordinate, and drive multiple onboarding and integration projects to completion, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track. Personal Qualities * Exceptional communication and presentation skills - able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Independence and proactivity - you thrive managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment. * Composure under pressure and a customer-first mindset. * Cultural fit for a fast-paced, creative startup atmosphere and our hybrid NYC team. * Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. ## Description Location & travel: This position is based in New York, NY. We operate on a hybrid model, with time split between our NYC office and remote work. Some travel is expected - to meet prospective and existing clients, support on-site integrations, and collaborate with teammates - so candidates should be willing and able to travel as needed. What You'll Do: Lead Technical Sales Processes * Take full ownership of the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including a deep understanding of customer requirements and matching them to the right solutions. * Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients. * Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives. Technical Implementation & Onboarding * Lead the complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems. * Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support so clients maximize the value they get from our solutions. * Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process.
