Desired Qualifications: * 6 years of Data Flow experience * Minimum working 10 year's working within the Intelligence Community working with mission systems and mission data formats * Experience with Mission Systems that process and manage mission data * Experience working with mission data formats * Experience reviewing and processing, or creating Dataflow Management Requests, DMRs * Experience with Apache NiFi functionality for managing, building and documenting complex Dataflows * Experience with DeltaFi is highly desirable * Experience managing analytical needs and requirements * Experience in creating Systems Architectural Diagrams depicting software and system functions * Experience providing customer support to assist users and customers with data flow questions and concerns * Self-starter and well organized with the ability to work independently ## Description The Corp-DDS team is looking for a Senior Data Flow Engineer to join our team. They would be responsible for the design, implementation and troubleshooting of large, complex data flows using the NiagaraFiles software application. Evaluate data formatting or software issues affecting data flows and work with Engineers and developers to identify solutions. Perform evaluations of existing data flows to optimize performance and ensure flows meet compliance standards. The team member will review/process DMR's and provide solutions to implement efficient Dataflows. In addition the team SE would also participate in Data Flow Modernization efforts migrating current flows on hardware to the virtual cloud environment. This entails evaluating the current data flows , building out requirements, then working with Operations team members in rebuilding new flows. This position does require 1 week of "on-call" support with the occasional requirement to report on-site to handle emergency issues with systems supporting dataflow.
