 * Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for DB2 and SAS applications
 * Familiarity with Agile or hybrid development methodologies
 * Exposure to modernization or migration initiatives

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the IBM Mainframe z/OS platform. The role requires strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and SAS, along with hands-on experience using key mainframe utilities and diagnostic tools., * Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and SAS

 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions
 * Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning using tools such as Fault Analyzer and File Manager
 * Manage and maintain source code using PANVALET and related utilities
 * Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
