This is a hands-on engineering role focused on rapid proof-of-concepts, technical evaluation, and solution design. The role supports architecture by turning ideas into working prototypes, assessing feasibility, and helping guide technical direction through practical experimentation and code-based validation., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 10+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated experience on large-scale, distributed systems. * Hands-on ability to perform rapid technical assessments, evaluate tools and solution options, and write code to validate ideas and feasibility. * Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and external partners to assess technical fit, define integration approaches, and drive POCs. * Deep hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architectures. * Strong experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, including ECS, Fargate, IAM, and VPC. * Proven ability to design and operate event-driven architectures for pricing, incentives, and credit workflows. * Solid understanding of observability and operational excellence, using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace. * Good front end and data experience to drive quick prototypes independently.
