* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) required. Bachelor's degree in business preferred., * 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical, operational, or customer-facing business roles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience., * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access database systems
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
 * Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
 * Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
 * Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing work environment

## Description

* Utilize analytical tools, systems, data, and reports to identify and lead service improvements, supply chain initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities with strategic customers.
 * Develop collaborative supply chain partnerships with customers to maximize growth opportunities and create competitive advantage.
 * Lead the development of value-added supply chain services that improve order profiles, distribution efficiency, forecast accuracy, and order fill rates.
 * Partner with customers and internal teams to align and improve key performance metrics across demand planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
 * Develop and lead analytical reporting initiatives that identify, quantify, and track internal and external improvement opportunities.
 * Identify scalable customer solutions and partner with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning to implement multi-customer initiatives.
