## Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our Service Team in San Antonio. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in making sure service requests are handled swiftly, efficiently, and with care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people solve problems, this could be the perfect fit., * Be the friendly voice of Uprite, handling inbound service requests via phone, email, and our client portal

 * Triage and dispatch service tickets using ConnectWise, ensuring prompt and accurate scheduling
 * Coordinate with technical teams to keep service levels on track and clients in the loop
 * Maintain detailed, accurate records of all client communications and support actions
 * Support procurement processes, assist with inventory, and complete light administrative tasks
 * Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and meet SLA goals
