This individual will architect and deploy a scalable access governance framework across SharePoint, enterprise applications, and security groups with a focus on automation, compliance, auditability, and least-privilege access. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID Governance and Entitlement Management architecture. * Build and configure Catalogs, Access Packages, Access Reviews, Approval Workflows, Assignment Policies, and Lifecycle Governance. * Develop governance standards, naming conventions, ownership models, and access controls. * Create persona-based governance models for: o Employees o Contractors/Contingent Workers o External Partners/Vendors o Privileged Access Users * Configure self-service access requests, approval chains, expiration policies, and automated access reviews. * Leverage PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation, reporting, and governance workflows. * Collaborate with IAM, Security, IT, and business stakeholders on rollout and operational readiness. * Produce architecture documentation, runbooks, knowledge transfer materials, and governance metrics.
