Are you the Linux expert who knows how to keep complex systems secure, automated, and running at their best? Our client is seeking a senior Linux systems professional to help keep a large enterprise environment secure, automated, resilient, and running at peak performance. This is a high-impact infrastructure role where your Red Hat expertise, automation mindset, and CI/CD experience will directly support critical systems and business operations., * Strong hands-on Red Hat Linux administration experience in an enterprise production environment

 * Demonstrated experience automating deployments and security/patch management
 * Practical CI/CD pipeline experience
 * VMware administration experience, including ESXi/vCenter
 * Enterprise disk, storage, or SAN environment experience

## Description

* Birmingham-based role with hybrid flexibility after the first 90 days
 * High-visibility position supporting a large enterprise technology environment
 * Strong focus on Red Hat Linux, automation, and modern infrastructure practices
 * Opportunity to influence security, patching, deployment, and platform reliability
 * Work across VMware, enterprise storage, cloud, and application infrastructure, * Administer and support production Red Hat Linux servers and enterprise infrastructure
 * Automate server deployments, security updates, and patch management
 * Build, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and application dependencies
 * Administer VMware/ESXi infrastructure and enterprise storage environments
 * Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide Tier 3 support
