Desired Qualifications * Microsoft Certifications, CompTIA Network+, A+, Security+, PowerShell Automation, Single Sign-On solutions, Windows Server infrastructure. * Higher Education IT experience and similar preferred. * ITIL Foundation ## Description The Center for Information Technology (CIT) at Oberlin College invites applications for the position of Endpoint Specialist. This is a full-time, 12-month recurring Administrative and Professional (A&PS) staff position, reporting to the Director of IT Support. The Endpoint Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining all Windows end-user devices at Oberlin College, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. The Endpoint Specialist will collaborate with other IT teams to ensure end-user devices are properly maintained, configured, and secure. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing many endpoints while possessing strong technical and customer service skills.
