Proven experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, with the ability to participate in technical design discussions, problem-solving, effort estimation, and delivery of scalable PLM solutions aligned with business requirements. ## Description Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Bellevue, WA (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Windchill PLM solutions and enhancements to support product lifecycle management initiatives and business requirements. Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Developer Job Responsibilities include: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, configurations, and enhancements within the Windchill PLM platform to meet business and product lifecycle management requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, create technical designs, and deliver scalable PLM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windchill PLM and Core Java-related technical issues, providing guidance and support to development team members. Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure successful delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives. Support system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new Windchill features, best practices, and process enhancement opportunities.
