## About the Role

* The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.
 * They must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.
 * 6 + years of experience full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, automation, testing, and operations experience
 * 6 + years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
 * 5+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
 * Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
 * Experience with Micro Front end is a plus
 * Preferred coding skills: Java, Python, REACT, Micro Frontend.

Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:

 * React, java, micro front end, API's
 * Front end experience
 * AWS services

Nice to haves:

 * Someone would have worked on AWS cloud experience
 * Salesforce development experience is a plus
 * Python
