This role requires strong technical expertise in Enterprise Endpoint Management solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager, with the ability to engage across multiple platforms to solve complex technology challenges. Responsibilities: * Provide tier 2/3 technical support for endpoint device ecosystem * Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device management issues * Develop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for iPhones and iPads via Microsoft Intune * Develop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for Mac computers via Intune or Jamf * Support business enablement applications including Microsoft 365 suit * Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical challenges * Develop and maintain technical documentation * Participate in mobile technology projects and initiatives, Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
