This is a highly visible technical leadership role for a hands-on professional with strong infrastructure experience, the ability to mentor team members, and a willingness to travel extensively based on business needs., * 7+ years of experience in network, server, or infrastructure engineering within an enterprise data center environment. * Previous leadership, technical lead, or team lead experience. * Strong mentoring, coaching, and team development skills. * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments. * Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions in dynamic operational settings. * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with GPU technologies and supporting infrastructure. * Exposure to large-scale cloud or hyperscale data center operations., You are a sr-level data center professional who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, mentoring others, and supporting critical operations across multiple sites. You're comfortable traveling extensively and thrive in environments where technical expertise, leadership, and adaptability are highly valued. Job Type & Location, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. ## Description Operations Leadership Mentorship Adaptability Communication Team Building Team Leadership Safety Standards Business Valuation Technical Leadership Full Stack Development Data Center Operations Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Data Center Infrastructure Efficiency, * Support and maintain enterprise-scale data center infrastructure environments. * Perform advanced troubleshooting across server, network, and infrastructure systems. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to technicians and engineering teams. * Mentor team members and promote operational excellence. * Assist with infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities. * Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and best practices. * Respond effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with minimal supervision. * Support cross-site initiatives and travel assignments as required., * Typical rotation consists of approximately 2-3 weeks on-site followed by 1 week at home. * Travel destinations may include: + Phoenix, AZ + Atlanta, GA + San Antonio, TX + Additional locations based on business needs * Employees are compensated for travel time. * Per diem is provided during travel assignments and coordinated through the travel team. * Optional weekend travel home during assignments is at the employee's expense. * Schedule is generally Monday through Friday and does not necessarily follow traditional A-side/B-side data center shift structures.
