## About the Role

* 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross functional teams, with at least 4+ years on Cloud transformation.
 * Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery.
 * 5+ years of software development experience
 * Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solution
 * Develop Key Performance Indicators and metrics(e.g., cost savings, quality of decision-making, improved efficiency and velocity)
 * Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration. ·
 * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables. ·
 * Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks. ·

Your role

 * Technical Program Manager to run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end.
 * This TPM role is highly visible across business units where you will be partnering with and influencing the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside of your business line.
 * As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities.
 * Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks
 * Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues with a proactive approach.
 * Ensure delivery of technical capabilities that meet requirements for quality, security, and compliance.
 * Communication & Stakeholder Management
