## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with excellent hands-on expertise in SAP PP to support manufacturing and production planning processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to independently analyze business requirements, configure SAP PP, troubleshoot issues, and support end-to-end production planning processes., * Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP.

 * Strong understanding of Production Planning and Manufacturing processes.
 * Experience with MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and Shop Floor processes.
 * Strong knowledge of SAP PP configuration and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Version, and Material Master.
 * Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
 * Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, QM, and CO.
 * Excellent communication and analytical skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

 * Experience in discrete or process manufacturing environments.
 * SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
 * Experience working with global manufacturing organizations.
 * Experience supporting production planning transformation initiatives.

Location & Travel

 * 100% Remote within the USA
 * Initial 2-week travel to Canada is required.
 * Candidate must be able to travel internationally for the initial onsite engagement.

## Description

* Provide hands-on functional expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning).
 * Configure and support SAP PP processes in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
 * Work with business teams to understand manufacturing and production planning requirements.
 * Support Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor processes.
 * Configure and support BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Master Data.
 * Analyze and resolve production planning and SAP PP issues.
 * Support integration between SAP PP and other modules including MM, SD, QM, and CO.
 * Participate in testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and production support activities.
 * Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams when required.
 * Provide user support and knowledge transfer.
