 * Build GenAI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
 * Develop AI-based automation solutions using Python.
 * Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, summarization, and intent classification techniques.
 * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, ITSM tools, and business data sources.
 * Develop APIs and backend services to support AI workflows.
 * Deploy and manage AI solutions through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
 * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
 * Collaborate with customers to identify AI use cases and drive implementation from concept to production.
