The Charge Entry Auditor is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and monitoring charges entered by providers and clinical staff to ensure accurate and compliant billing. This role identifies charge capture discrepancies, validates charges against clinical documentation, and works collaboratively with providers, coding, billing, and revenue cycle teams to resolve errors and improve charge accuracy.
