Nice-to-Have * Technical SEO knowledge. * Exposure to HubSpot CRM and its integrations. * Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS. ## Description Neolytix is looking for a Front & Back-End Developer to customise, implement, and optimise secure, high-speed websites for our clients. You'll own back-end development and implementation - including web hosting, domains, DNS zone records, WordPress themes and plugins, plugin customisation, site integration, and security updates. Success in this role calls for in-depth knowledge of back-end programming languages, theme customisation, plugin development, and strong code-documentation skills, alongside strong written and verbal English. You'll solve a wide range of problems in a small team and work directly with clients in the US - challenging work that helps you learn, expand, and broaden your technical range. Responsibilities & Duties Hosting & Site Management * Manage multiple sites through the hosting control panel. * Work confidently in hosting environments such as SiteGround, Kinsta, and similar. * Manage update deployment, testing, and uptime monitoring across sites. * Handle site setup and WordPress site migration. * Troubleshoot WordPress site errors. Back-End Development & Integrations * Design and manage the website back-end, including database and server integration. * Build custom integrations with third-party APIs (REST APIs, JSON, XML). * Build custom plugins and customise themes in WordPress. * Design and build WordPress projects based on client requirements (website, theme, plugin). Performance & Optimisation * Deploy automated tools and manual checks to ensure all hosted sites perform optimally. * Monitor site audits and ensure all sites run optimally. * Optimise page-load speeds, run database cleanup, and manage plugin updates on a monthly basis. * Write shortcodes or build custom plugins to enhance functionality. * Maintain effective documentation and version control.
