The ITS I designs, develops, modernizes, and supports custom, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) information systems used for consolidated application processing and compliance monitoring. This includes, but is not limited to, the Consolidated Application Reporting System (CARS), Compliance Monitoring Tracking (CMT) systems, and potential implementations using Salesforce and REI Gov Grants platforms. The incumbent works closely with program staff and management in the Educational Data Management Division (EDMD) to provide software development, system analysis, and business process support services, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with departmental and statewide standards.
