You and other team members will work closely with client owners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role you will collaborate with on-site personnel to support projects of varying size and complexity including assessment of systems, consulting system owners and analyzing scope requests from stakeholders. As a Mechanical Engineering Professional, you will be responsible for interacting with the client, contractors, and site personnel in Spartanburg, SC. Your job includes designing, developing, evaluating, and preparing recommendations with basis of design (BOD), scope of work (SOW) documents, in addition to design, construction and specifications documents through the positional (programming) process with a team. You will also oversee engineering and construction for the facility mechanical systems work including HVAC, chilled water systems, technical coolant systems, fire protection, plumbing, process-piping and equipment. The work will include retrofits of existing building systems, as well as new systems.
