 * Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way.
 * Recently completed a technical degree and interested in growing your career in technical support.
 * Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
 * Curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized, with a problem-solving mindset.
 * Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony/web conferencing tools is a plus.
 * Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming/scripting languages is a bonus, but not required-just bring your eagerness to learn!

## Description

* Deliver an outstanding support experience via email and scheduled calls for customers using Gong products while meeting key performance goals.
 * Learn the ins and outs of Gong products and build expertise with common integrations (such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs).
 * Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, help identify potential bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
 * This is a small team! Everyone has an opportunity to represent the Voice of the Customer with Success, Sales and Product teams to influence priorities, resources, roadmaps and deliverables.
 * Contribute to creating resources-like documentation, training materials, or process guides-that help both customers and teammates succeed.
