* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Storage, Virtualisierung, Datacenter)
 * Administration von Netzwerk-, Firewall- und Windows-Server-Umgebungen
 * Software-Deployments, Updates, Patch-Management sowie 2nd-Level-Support und Monitoring
 * Betreuung von Microsoft 365, Azure und Intune
 * Berechtigungsverwaltung, technische Dokumentation, Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
