## About the Role

Experience working in a complex organizational environment
Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent through experience
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management
Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Technical Background in
Datacenter facilities and infrastructure
Network and/or system administration
Virtualization platforms
Datacenter migrations
Workplace management / endpoint management
Proven Experience with
Physical datacenter installations
Network and system implementations
Application migrations between datacenters
Transition of project deliverables to operational teams
Infrastructure rollout projects

## Description

For an assignment with our client, we are looking for an ICT Project Manager - Datacenter & Infrastructure Projects., As an ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of strategic IT projects, with a strong focus on datacenter and infrastructure projects. You will handle the planning, execution, and follow-up of projects, acting as the main point of contact for the project team, management, and external partners. You will ensure clear communication, contribute to a positive collaboration environment, and coordinate the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Lead complex IT projects with a focus on datacenter infrastructure, workplace, networks, and system migrations
Monitor and report project progress to the Program Manager or Service Manager
Coordinate the installation and setup of physical datacenter environments
Support network and system implementations, application migrations, and handover to operational teams
Organize project meetings and facilitate alignment between all stakeholders
Motivate and manage project team members, with attention to team dynamics and coaching
Ensure smooth communication within the project structure
