## About the Role

* Master's degree in Electronics, Software, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
 * 10-15 years of experience in electronics development, embedded systems, or firmware
 * Strong expertise in at least one domain (electronics, FPGA, embedded software) with broad system understanding
 * Experience with SoC architectures (AMD Xilinx, Intel Altera), FPGA, DSP, ARM
 * Hands-on experience with tools such as Altium, Vivado, Quartus, Git, Polarion, Teamcenter
 * Proven experience in high-speed PCB design, simulations, and EMC compliance
 * Knowledge of functional safety standards (IEC62304, ISO26262, DO-178/254) is a plus
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills
 * Fluent in English (French is a plus)

We are looking for a System Expert to play a key role in the development of complex electronic systems across multiple projects.
Challenges we trust you with

 * Translate system requirements into electronics specifications and architectures
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, mechanics, software, quality, manufacturing)
 * Provide technical leadership across electronics, firmware, and embedded software domains
 * Design, develop, verify, and maintain electronics solutions for medical and industrial systems
 * Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
 * Drive progress in coordination with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams
 * Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
 * Support validation, integration, and testing activities (unit testing, EMC, lab validation)
 * Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
