Organisation and documentation are non-negotiable. Balancing depth with speed. Some cases resolve in minutes; others require days of lab testing across complex environments. Knowing when to go deep and when to escalate is a skill you'll develop fast., Analyse and troubleshoot technical support cases from customers worldwide, primarily via written communication. Reproduce and solve issues in our in-house lab across Windows, Linux, macOS, VMware, Active Directory, AWS, and Azure. Document your troubleshooting steps and train of thought clearly in every case for quality assurance and seamless handover. Follow up on open cases proactively. No customer falls through the cracks and SLAs are respected. Work within a buddy system for your first six months, with output reviewed before it reaches customers. Maintain and improve technical documentation in Confluence, Jira, and Salesforce. As you grow: join customer calls for severity-one and enterprise cases, and develop SME-level expertise in one or more domains. ## Related Videos - [WebAssembly: The Next Frontier of Cloud Computing](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/972-webassembly-the-next-frontier-of-cloud-computing) - [Docker network without Docker](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1418-docker-network-without-docker) - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) - [Enabling automated 1-click customer deployments with built-in quality and security](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/83-enabling-automated-1-click-customer-deployments-with-built-in-quality-and-security) - [Generating code with Angular schematics](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/129-generating-code-with-angular-schematics) - [Docker exec without Docker](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1094-docker-exec-without-docker) ## Related Articles - [How to land a developer job in Amsterdam](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/36-how-to-land-a-developer-job-in-amsterdam) - [Best Companies in the Netherlands: Top 25 Companies in 2023 ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/193-best-companies-in-the-netherlands-top-25-companies-in-2023) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [How to Find Tech Jobs in Amsterdam](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/279-how-to-find-tech-jobs-in-amsterdam) - [The Most Popular IT Jobs on the Market](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/376-the-most-popular-it-jobs-on-the-market) - [Where To Find Software Engineering Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/396-where-to-find-software-engineering-jobs)
