* 2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a similar role.
 * Strong Python development skills.
 * Experience building and deploying production-grade machine learning or AI solutions.
 * Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, AI agents, document intelligence, or information retrieval.
 * Understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, cloud data platforms, and data modelling.
 * Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
 * Familiarity with frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar is an advantage.
 * Experience working with legal, regulatory, compliance, or other document-heavy domains is a strong plus.
 * Fluent in English.

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production-grade legal SaaS applications.
 * Build intelligent solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate legal processes and enhance product capabilities.
 * Develop robust data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and AI services for processing large volumes of legal documents and structured data.
 * Implement AI-powered features including intelligent legal search, document classification, contract analysis, information extraction, summarisation, predictive analytics, and conversational AI.
 * Develop and optimise RAG pipelines and AI agents for legal research and knowledge retrieval.
 * Integrate AI models with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software architectures.
 * Ensure AI solutions meet high standards for accuracy, reliability, explainability, data privacy, and security.
